Spots are intentionally limited to preserve the integrity of our healing, so don't wait, secure your space today! To secure your room, we require a $300 deposit.
Deposit Refund Policy:
* Refundable Period: Your deposit is refundable for up to 48 hours after your initial registration.
* Non-Refundable Period: After 48 hours, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

To avoid losing your room and space at the retreat, please ensure that the remaining payment is made immediately after the 48-hour refundable period.
Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 60 days before start date: 50% refundable
- 0-59 days to the start date: non-refundable
- We suggest you purchase travel insurance when you book airline tickets to avoid flight cancellation fees
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to 21 days before the start date if minimum enrollment has not been achieved. You would then receive a 100% refund of the registration fee minus any credit card processing fees if applicable.
- HMHB reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary by our team, trip leaders, teachers or partners. If we need to make a last-minute change to the venue, the teacher, the itinerary, or any aspect of the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, and you choose to cancel completely, normal cancellation policies apply. We are not responsible for reimbursing you or refunding you for any amount paid if you decide to cancel based on those changes.

Nutritious homemade meals are prepared and mindfully selected to pair perfectly with the emotional chakra healing work we will do together. Before the retreat, each guest will have an opportunity to select meal options as well as provide any dietary restrictions. The health and safety of our guests are our top priority.
